Anyone remember this beloved toy? My grandparents had one at their house that brought decades of entertainment and fond memeries to an entire generation of grandkids. I played this game "in real life" a couple of days ago.
I admit that we are big fans of the Nickelodeon Cartoon Series Avatar: The Last Air Bender here at our house. Even (or rather especially) Grandma Linda has been caught watching by herself it a few times at the peak of the frenzy. We waited excitedly for the live action film (and were sadly dissapointed) and, for better or worse, the world of Aang the Avatar has managed to slip into the culture of our family. So it is after over a year of discussion that Brennan's Halloween costume for this year has come to fruition. However, to pull off Aang properly takes full commitment. Hey, you only live once and what better time to do it than at 6 years old? Pictures of the finished costume to still to come.
He absolutely loves the finished results and asked me to shave it again since it's already starting to grow in. It looks good on him!
